Only what you hand us. If you use the booking form or the contact form, that is your name, phone number, the city or ZIP you are in, and whatever you tell us about the problem. If you call, we have your phone number and whatever you say on the call.
We do not ask for a date of birth, a social security number, or payment details through this website. If we ever need payment information it is taken directly, not through a web form.
This site uses cookies and analytics to understand which pages people find useful and where visitors come from. That data is aggregated and is about traffic patterns, not about you individually. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in their settings, and the site works without them.
We may use call tracking, which assigns a phone number to a traffic source so we can tell which marketing actually produces calls. Calls are connected normally and may be recorded for quality. If a call is recorded you will be told at the start of it.
Our own staff and technicians, because somebody has to turn up. Beyond that, service providers who help us operate: web hosting, scheduling and communication tools, and our accountant for billing records. They only get what they need to do that job.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, such as a subpoena, a permitting authority, or a safety matter.
Service records are kept as long as we need them for warranty, permitting and accounting purposes. Enquiries that never became jobs are kept for a reasonable period and then cleared.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
