Pick one and we will keep it short. Three taps and you are done.
We run calls seven days a week, and we answer the phone around the clock.
Last step. We will call you back to confirm the window.
An emergency deserves a person, not a web form sitting in an inbox. Call the shop and we pick up.
No heat, no water, an active leak, or a backed up main. These move to the front of the line, day or night, weekend or holiday.
Your request is in and somebody will call you back to confirm a window. Here is what we have:
Family owned, based in Woodbridge, and doing the jobs other contractors hand off. That last part is most of how we have grown.

1 Stop Mechanical started as a plumbing company and grew into a mechanical contractor, because customers kept asking whether we could also handle the heating, the venting, the gas line and the rest of it. Saying yes to those questions over forty-odd years is how we ended up doing both trades under one roof.
Other contractors call us when a job goes sideways. That is not a slogan we wrote in a marketing meeting, it is where a meaningful share of our work comes from. A plumber hits a sewer lateral problem that needs excavation and a permit. An HVAC company finds a gas line issue that is not theirs. Somebody has cabled a drain four times and it keeps coming back.
Being the second call means we spend a lot of time on problems that have already defeated one company, which is a good way to get better at diagnosis and a bad way to stay comfortable.
We diagnose the actual problem, give you a firm number, and wait for you to approve it. Where there are two legitimate approaches, a cheaper one that buys a few years and a proper one that buys twenty, you get both numbers and the reasoning. We are not interested in being the cheapest quote you get, and we are not interested in surprising you at the end.
State for plumbing and Carrier for heating and air are our go-to lines. We work on every other major brand as well, because the equipment already in your building is not a reason to be sold a new one.
Woodbridge and Prince William County are home turf, with Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria and the wider DMV covered daily. The service area page has the detail, including city-by-city notes on what the local housing stock tends to need.
One call covers plumbing and HVAC. Talk to somebody who has been doing this for decades.
